Young Irish actor with a really beautiful, unusual face. He has amazing cheekbones and always looks sort of ethereal. According to IMDB:
In order to avoid the boyish and somewhat androgynous junkies and weak- willed characters he found himself typecast as, he underwent a fitness regime in 2004 and gained and maintained about 25 extra pounds of muscle, so he can also be considered for more masculine roles.
I can see why he would want to avoid typecasting, but I have to confess I have a soft spot for "boyish and somewhat androgynous junkies". And he really does carry off the look beautifully.
Looking very girly indeed in this picture.
This should be the dictionary definition of a 'come-hither' look.
Cowboy hat, long wet hair...yes please.
I first saw him in the BBC adaptation of Mervyn Peake's Gormenghast, in which he was perfectly cast as Steerpike.
He's appeared in films set in a variety of historical periods, and as a result has had all sorts of interesting long hair styles. Here he is as Chiron in Titus, with bleach-blonde hair and some sort of silver outfit.
As Cassander in Alexander, looking a bit older and tougher.
As bloodthirsty Pitt Mackeson in Ride With The Devil. Those cheekbones are amazing.
And finally, some intriguing pictures that (to me at least) seem to be overtly homoerotic. I don't know the source of these images, but I'm sure that won't stop you enjoying them...
Edit: These are from The Governess, an interesting film starring Minnie Driver which I saw on telly the other night. JRM plays a rebellious, oversexed teenager and gets his kit off twice.

Antonio Banderas
I think there's a perfect balance of masculine and feminine features which makes a man irresistibly sexy. Pretty boys like Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp look best when they're a bit rough round the edges (stubble, scruffy hair, etc.) whereas big blokes with more masculine features, such as Antonio Banderas, need long girly hair to soften their look. He's not my usual type - a bit too macho - but I think these pictures are beautiful.
I know, guns shouldn't be sexy. But cold metal + hot skin = mmmm.
I don't know if it's the long straight hair, the direct gaze, or something about his mouth, but whatever it is, more please...
Sleepy.
Another intense stare.
Great photo from GQ magazine.
